Ben Joyce (born September 9, 1989) is an English professional footballer currently playing for Swindon Town. He is a former Plymouth Argyle and Aston Villa striker, but signed for The Robins in July 2007 after leaving Plymouth. He came along with assistant manager Dave Byrne.
The youngster turned down the chance to stay with Aston Villa and Plymouth to join Swindon, he has recently signed a professional contract which will see him through to the 09/10 season.
His time in Wiltshire has clearly been a good one were he has impressed former manager Paul Sturrock who took him on tour with the first team to Austria earlier this term. He was also included in first team friendlies and on the bench for the Johnstones Paint Trophy earlier this year.
Ben Joyce made his first team debut for Swindon Town on April 19, 2008, scoring a goal in the last minute in a 6-0 win.
