Robert Ben Garant (alternately billed as Ben Garant) (born 14 September 1970) is an American actor, comedian, producer, director, and writer.

Garant was born in Cookeville, Tennessee, and grew up in Farragut, Tennessee. He has lived in New York City and lives with his wife Jennifer in Glendale, California. He is the co-creator of and writer for the television series Reno 911! in which he also plays the role of Deputy Travis Junior. He spent the early part of his career working with the comedy troupe The State and appeared in their television show on MTV. He created and wrote for Viva Variety, a parody of variety shows, which aired on Comedy Central for two seasons.

With Thomas Lennon, he co-wrote the screenplays for Taxi, The Pacifier, Night at the Museum, and Balls of Fury which he also directed.

Ben Garant made an appearance in an episode of 3way, a lesbian web series in which he plays a masseuse. It can be seen on www.3waytv.tv
