I've moved the disambiguation here. firstly because Białystok-osiedle Bema is not very important, and secondly because an article on the development of the bema as a ceremonial platfrom might be worth an article in the future. --Gareth Hughes 21:51, 27 October 2005 (UTC)

At some point, the disambiguation page was changed into a redirect to Bema Seat, which is only one very specific use of the term bema, limited to Evangelical Christianity. That article makes no mention of the word bema or its development and use throughout history, so I thought it would be best to start a seperate article. It needs improvement and expansion by knowledgable editors. MishaPan 15:42, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
