userboxes now in table
Hi, and thanks for your kind comments, much appreciated! I'm only glad you liked it. I did just move a <center> command as, on my PC, the userboxes were all overlapping each other when I looked at the page, but if it does go awry in anyway, let me know and I'll see if I can help fix it. All the best, Lynbarn (talk) 20:36, 1 June 2007 (UTC).
- You are very welcome for the comments-you deserve them! Bella 20:41, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
P.S. I love that blue colour-it's my favourite!
GA review for Twilight (novel)
I'm sorry, but the article you nominated, Twilight (novel), did not pass the GA criteria at this time. Please address the issues I pointed out in the review at its talk page, and feel free to renominate it after they are fixed. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 22:44, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
- It's not that the sources were not reliable (note that criteria 2b is fine); it's that you had a lack of sources. That's what needs to be rectified. Sephiroth BCR (Converse) 23:05, 2 June 2007 (UTC)
New Moon Article
Looks like a slip of my keyboard - only slight addition would be an "image_caption" I assume this is the "First edition cover" and if it is it might be nice to say so. Thanks :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page)/(Desk) 07:52, 13 June 2007 (UTC)
An Invite to join Novels WikiProject
Hi, you are cordially invited to join the Novels WikiProject! As you may have guessed, we're a group of editors working to improve Wikipedia's coverage of topics related to fiction books often referred to as "Novels". Articles about the works themselves and the forms and genres. |
As you have shown an interest in New Moon (novel) we thought you might like to take an interest in this well established WikiProject. |
We look forward to welcoming you to the project! :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page)/(Desk) 07:56, 13 June 2007 (UTC) |

Orphaned non-free image (Image:HarryPotter 1.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:HarryPotter 1.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 07:30, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
WP:WARRIORS
I have added a section for assessment. Truth be told, I haven't read a word of the book series; I co-created it after a personal request by User:Elfin341. Sr13 17:56, 22 June 2007 (UTC)
Image book covers
Thanks for uploading a number of images recently for book covers. Don't forget that if these are recent publications they are likely to be allowed only under "Fair use" terms. And as such you will need to give a "fair use rationale" as part of the image file. Also it is worth adding that it is far preferable in "most" cases to use the first edition for the cover and state clearly which is used. I note that some of yours "are" first edition covers (which is good) but your captions don't make this plain. Anyhow thanks for your contributions. :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page)/(Desk) 08:58, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for the rationales that should keep the deletionists happy for a while!. On the first edition subject the information should be to our best efforts so, if you don't know, you don't know. On the Brazilian title ideally the true first edition should be used, but in this case I'm sure we can either be more flexible or even give both in the article. :: Kevinalewis : (Talk Page)/(Desk) 14:55, 27 June 2007 (UTC)
