Josh finds out who the donor was by reading about it in a news article. The person who wrote the article is her father. He had written many different articles about Katie, and the boy had read every one to get an up date about Aaron's heart's new owner. One day he sneaks in to see her and she sees him through the glass and thinks he is J.W.C who gave her wish money and she asks him in the waiting room if he is the anonymous person who was so generous to her. He tells her he is not and as they are talking he finds out that she was Katie and she finds out that he is her donor's brother and he promises that he will come and visit her. Later on, he helps her train for the transplant games. She signed up for the seniors divetion and a lot of those women were twenty or thirty years of age and were pros.
