Peter Domaradzki, born in Strzelce Opolskie in 1946, Polish historian and journalist, living over 20 years in Chicago, IL. Once activist of the "Solidarity" movement in Poland, then fugitive to France and the United States, for many years deputy editor of the "Dziennik Związkowy (Polish Daily News)", the largest Polish ethnic newspaper in the US. Author of some books and many articles in Polish, translator from English to Polish, and from Polish to English as well.
