[edit] Merger with Belt (clothing)

I would say No. Belt Buckles are not only an article of clothing, they are (sadly) a status symbol in the Southern United States, and because of the many designs, this article of clothing is deserving of its own article. If anything, this article needs to be expanded. --Zpb52 04:57, 17 March 2006 (UTC)

Normally, ornamental belt buckles do not "attach to an original belt buckles." Ones that do this would be cheap imitation ornamental belt buckles as real ones function as actual belt buckles.

I think that ornamental belt buckles should have their own entry as it could be a pretty deep catagory in regards to them as an art form, cultural heritage, a status symbol, and as rodeo trophies. Any body up to it?siriustafari 06:56, 5 August 2006 (UTC)
