Who to contact in order to view the Bellanca Skyrocket II. If one is interested. How can one obtain information. I understand the airplane never achieved FAA certification. Therefore, it was offered as kit. Any one know reason the FAA certification could not be achieved?. I can be contacted at georgesfeir@technicalindustries.com
