[edit] Imperiali quota vs. Imperiali highest average
Imperiali quota / largest remainder isn't the same as Imperiali highest average. In Belgian local elections the Imperiali highest average method is used (divisor series 2, 3, 4, ...) and not the Imperiali quota ( quota=votes/(seats+2) ). I'm sorry it's confusing that both methods are named "Imperiali"... Imperiali quota has a page of its own, Imperiali highest average is mentioned on the higest average page, but may be it deserves its own page (like D'Hondt and Sainte-Lague highest average methods) - with a disambiguation offcourse --Bancki 06:42, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Results coverage
How are we going to display the results? It's quite impossible to do this for all municipalities, and there will be no official summarizing results. On the other hand, adding only the most interesting places could be a misrepresentation... Any ideas, anyone? Belection06 16:25, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
- We don't need official results, we can use the summaries the press will be making, and later on the scientific studies, if we can lay our hands on them (and our span of attention is still ... spanning).
- One thing we can't do, because it would be WP:OR, is summarize the official results ourselves. --LucVerhelst 16:42, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
- Just pick a couple of municipalities which are at their own are important (like Ghent and Leuven) or those that show drastic changes in results. Intangible 20:26, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Vlaanderenkiest.jpg
Image:Vlaanderenkiest.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
