Not a safe Unionist seat in the long term (and my home constituency FWIW)! Gerry Lynch 10:00, 30 Jul 2004 (UTC)

[edit] BBC Error

The BBC reports here that the 2001 General Election majority for North Belfast was 11,814. This is incorrect. 80N 23:27, Apr 27, 2005 (UTC)

I presume someone calculated the difference between the party who previously held the seat and the new party - nominally a sensible thing to do but given the seismic shift in votes not here! It's easy to carry forward such errors. Timrollpickering 23:47, 27 Apr 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Daniel Dixon

Looking to dab Daniel Dixon elected 1905, was he the father of Herbert Dixon, 1st Baron Glentoran? I set him up as Daniel Dixon, 1st Baronet Ballymenock on the dab page (changes to that article name welcome if it ought to be something else). -- Kevin Ryde 23:05, 27 March 2006 (UTC)
