POV:
- The project was abandoned in 1990 due to the democratic changes in Bulgaria and only conservational work was done. Others say it was abanded because of safety concerns [1]
- discrediting letter, this sounds wholly different then [2]
- wording of criticism paragraph
its is time that someone who is explicitly pro or against, cleans up the article.
