[edit] Use of "harassed"
The sentence "The organization was harassed by the government" violates the neutrality policy. Per the policy, articles should "[a]ssert facts, including facts about opinions—but ... not assert the opinions themselves" (see WP:NPOV#A simple formulation). Since "harassed" is a subjective term, the sentence must be attributed to someone in order to be retained (e.g., "According to X, the organization was harassed by the government").
