[edit] Target Leaving Bel Air Mall?
It looks like Target is going to potentially serve as an anchor for a new sixty acre planned regional retail development adjacent to Hank Aaron Stadium, at the intersection of I-65 and Government Boulevard (Highway 90). Other rumored anchors include Costco and/or BJ Wholesale Warehouse. Perhaps JC Penney and Circuit City will sign on as well.
