This image is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (SeizureDog) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

it is a single panel from a manga;
it does not limit the copyright owners rights to sell the manga in any way;
it allows for identification of the setting;
it serves to illustrate how The Second Sea Fortress served as inspiration for the setting;
it illustrates the manga in question.
