Bellara is a suburb of the Moreton Bay Regional Council in Queensland, Australia. It is located on the western side of Bribie Island, adjacent to the Pumicestone Passage. At the 2006 census, the suburb recorded a population of 2,962 persons, with a median age of 51 years.[1].
