The Bella Vista Fire Department is responsible for providing fire protection in Bella Vista, Arkansas. The department, which is led up by Fire Chief Steve Sims, is a combination department, working on a primarily paid basis with 31 paid/full time firefighters and 4 volunteers. In November 2005, Bella Vista became a certified Firewise Community. The department's website is www.bellavistafiredepartment.com [1]

Bella Vista has three fire stations. The department operates three fire engines, one reserve engine, one brush truck, one heavy rescue truck, five ambulances, which are co-operated with Bella Vista Ambulance Services, one Battalion Chief vehicle, one Haz-Mat trailer, and four command vehicles.
