Bella Manning was a fictional character on the long-running Channel 4 British television Soap opera Hollyoaks. She was played by actress Kim Bourelle and appeared between 2004-2005.

Bella was a slim brunette fashion student who moved in with Zara Morgan, Cameron Clark, Steph Dean, Joe Spencer and Zak Ramsey. Zara was known to refer to Bella as "Cruella de Vil" on occasion as She quickly started making enemies of her flat mates by giving off an air of snobbery and superiority as she appeared to be very well off but it was all a total act. Cameron was the only one to defend her and they grew close until one day she disappeared, leaving a photo of her mother in a ramshackled caravan, leaving perhaps an insight into her past, and maybe it wasn’t as glamorous as she had made it out to be.
