Belinda Ruth Owusu (born May 1989, Hackney, London, England) is a teenage British actress who has played Libby Fox in EastEnders since May 22, 2006.

Belinda is of Ghanaian and English descent. She is a student at the Anna Fiorentini Theatre and Film School school which opened in Hackney in 2001. She won a sponsorhip for a place at the school which gave her the training helping her to get the role in the BBC soap EastEnders. Belinda has an older brother Jermaine Jake Born November 1987 .[1] Another student at the school is a fellow EastEnders actor Charlie Jones, who plays Ben Mitchell.[2] Prior to getting this role, she had appeared in a pizza advert.[3]
