Believe 'n Peace was the Maltese entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 1999, performed in English by Times Three.

The song is an up-tempo number, with the girls singing about the need to take life by the horns and accept that setbacks will occur - all the while believing that a brighter day will come.

The song was performed twentieth on the night (following Israel's Eden with Yom Huledet (Happy Birthday) and preceding Germany's Sürpriz with Reise nach Jerusalem - Kudüs'e Seyahat). At the close of voting, it had received 32 points, placing 15th in a field of 23.

It was succeeded as Maltese representative at the 2000 Contest by Claudette Pace with Desire.
