Belaya Rus (Belarusian for "White Ruthenia"; Russian: РОО "Белая Русь") is a Belarusian public association founded on 17 November 2007 to support President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko in the 2008 parliamentary election, based on Vladimir Putin's United Russia party.[1] Leader of the association is education minister Alexander Radkov (Russian: Александр Радьков). The membership of the association is more than 50 000 people.
