I suggest this section to be removed. It does not represent a NPOV and it seems that the section has been heavily affected by the polarization that rules the Taiwanese media. I don't think Wikipedia readers should get sucked into this. I therefore propose to wait with a "significance" section until investigations at hand reveal more details that support the claims of corruption. JoakimJ 10:51, 11 August 2006 (UTC)
