Beira Interior Norte is a Portugal subregion (NUTS level 3) in the Centro region. It is also an urban community (ComUrb). The capital and most important city is Guarda ( cty population aprx. 30,000).Other cities:Meda(2,100),Pinhel(3,500),Sabugal(2,200),Trancoso(3,000).
