"Route 66" was written by Bobby Troup and was covered by many, many artists over the years, (including Nat King Cole) so is might be a little misleading to say that the song is a "Nat King Cole hit." It might be clearer to phrase it as "the novelty standard, 'Route 66' by Bobby Troup."

Good commentary on the inferiority of the various remixes compared to the great album mix. Jackbox1971

[edit] I prefer the single version!

I think it's far more "danceable" than the album version, but each to his own! Sunil 131.111.36.48 15:04, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Martin or Dave on '66?

I always thought it was Dave! Sunil 131.111.36.48 15:07, 13 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] No more Syynthpop

People, stop labeling DM songs and albums as synthpop!! It's atrocious. Synthpop is not the complex, dark sound that DM has now. They haven't made synthpop since A Broken Frame or Costructon Time Again. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 195.7.10.227 (talk) 12:05, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
