The Beddard's Olingo, Bassaricyon beddardi, is an olingo species from South America. It is found in Brazil, Guyana and Venezuela. Olingos are similar to the kinkajou (genus Potos); however, they lack a prehensile tail. Their tails are bushier and have faint black bands, like most other Procyonids. Olingos have a body length of 36–48 cm (14–19 in); the tail is of similar length, being 40–48 cm (16–19 in).
