Bed (book)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bed is Tao Lin's first story-collection.
It was published May 15th, 2007 by Melville House Publishing, and contains stories previously published in the Mississippi Review, Cincinnati Review, Portland Review, Other Voices, Fourteen Hills, Spork, Dirt Press, Opium Magazine, and Bullfight Review. The first story in the collection was the winner of One Story's 2005 short-story contest.
Graphic novelist Jeffrey Brown has said about Bed that he feels "like it's the kind of prose I'd like to be writing, somewhere between Haruki Murakami and Lydia Davis, but a little younger. It's thought provoking work that rides the line between discomfort and humor."
A 2nd edition was printed May, 2008.
