beCogent Limited is a Scottish call centre company that provides outsourced telesales, customer relations and helpdesk services to a variety of companies, on both an inbound and outbound basis. The company was founded in 1999 (originally as 'Cogent Communications') by Ron Peerenboom and Dermot Jenkinson.

beCogent's main headquarters are in Airdrie, with other call centres located in Erskine, Kilmarnock and Glasgow.

Their current clients are listed below;

Current directors of beCogent are Dermot Jenkinson (Executive Chairman), John Devlin (Commercial and Operations Director), Katrine Young (Finance Director), Jackie Lowe (Human Resources Director). Jim Nikrant and Eddie Bell are non-executive directors of the company.
