Hi - I appreciate your effort to reference where you're getting your information from, but personal interviews aren't a reference that can be used here. The problem is that all references are meant to be verifiable, please see Wikipedia:Verifiability. Unfortunately personal interviews, unless they're published someplace (at which point the reference would be to where the interview was published) simply aren't verifiable. -- Rick Block (talk) 02:52, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
