I've made some improvements to this stub such as defining beachcombing in intro sentence but their are other improvements that could be made such as:

• Go into more detail about modern and historical beachcombing lifestyle including the negative stereotypes sometimes associated with beachcombers.
• Describe in detail the kind of things of value found by beachcombers.
• Describe impediments to living the beachcombing lifestyle these days such as local laws. fishing issues, etc.

I will at some point soon see if I can find some good info to add myself but anyone should feel free to start improving the article themselves in the meantime. --Cab88 16:28, 22 August 2006 (UTC)
