Beaverville Township is located in Iroquois County, Illinois. The population was 656 at the 2000 census. Beaverville Township formed from portions of Papineau Township and Beaver Township in September, 1921.

Beaverville Township covers an area of 37.65 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Beaverville. According to the USGS, it contains one cemetery, Saint Mary's.
