Beaver Township is located in Iroquois County, Illinois. The population was 584 at the 2000 census.

Beaver Township covers an area of 33.65 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Donovan. According to the USGS, it contains two cemeteries: Beaver and J H Grant Memorial.
