Baron Beaufort von Frankenstein is a fictional character's name, only mentioned in the 1974 parody/comedy film Young Frankenstein. He is voiced by John Carradine, in a deleted scene.
Beaufort, in the film, is mentioned as father of Dr. Victor Frankenstein, and his only heir, as in deleted scenes revealed, is his great-grandson Frederick. Beaufort, actually his corpse, is only seen in the beginning of the film, when solicitor Herr Waldman opens his coffin to take the box, the corpse's hands have, which contains Beaufort's will.
Baron Beaufort von Frankenstein may possibly be the same Baron Frankenstein from the film Frankenstein. This film was parodied in Young Frankenstein, along with Bride of Frankenstein and Son of Frankenstein.
