[edit] Transformers: Generation 1
Beastbox never appeared in the Marvel comics or the Animated series. He had a violent temper, and in his interrogations he would wither his enemies down with fists rather than words. Can record up to 6000 hours of testimony (according to his original tech specs). Combines with the casette Squawktalk to form Squawkbox.
[edit] Dreamwave Comics
Beastbox did not appear in the Dreamwave comics, but he got a one-page bio on the 'More than mmets the eye series.'
[edit] IDW Publishing
Beastbox appeared as Squawkbox in Transformers: Megatron Origin beside Soundwave and Starscream after they massacred the senate, and then was shown several times as the series progresses. Squawkbox would appear again in Transformers: Spotlight on Sixshot, where he helped Sixshot search the location of the Terrorcons.
[edit] Fun Publications
Beastbox was a minor background character appearing in Fun Publications fiction "Gone to Far", a text-based story set on Transtech Cybertron.
