Bear Lake, British Columbia

Bear Lake is a community in northern British Columbia, approximately 70 km north of Prince George along Highway 97.

Bear Lake Elementary School, administered by School District 57 Prince George is located in the community.

The community is in two provincial electoral districts: Prince George North and Prince George-Omineca. The MLAs for are Pat Bell and John Rustad respectively.

Bear Lake is an unincorporated area and a census-designated place (by Statistics Canada and BC Stats), located in the Fraser-Fort George regional district.
