Bear Head Lake is an unorganized territory in St. Louis County, Minnesota, United States. At the 2000 census the population was 5.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the unorganized territory has a total area of 35.4 square miles (91.8 km²), of which, 33.1 square miles (85.8 km²) of it is land and 2.3 square miles (6.0 km²) of it is water. The total area is 6.55% water.
