Hi, saw your message. The only issue with your contribution is that we need you to confirm your identity to the satisfaction of the OTRS staff. I'll restore the article, blank it and mark it as a possible copyvio. I thought I had taken care of the copyright issue with OTRS.

The article seems to have disappeared entirely from Wikipedia, though it does show up in answers.com.

Is there any way to get it up again in Wikipedia?
