Hello there! Just dropping by to let you know that I removed this edit of yours to Fallacy. The only thing wrong with it is that it is not capitalized properly, and could be formatted a bit differently; for example, like this.

Usage of fallacy in proofs

To prove a statement true or false, a fallacy may be used. There are many types of fallacies that alter the statement to appear wholly true or false. However, if even one part of a statement is false, then that means that the entire statement is false. For example, a direct fallacy would be "Do this or you get eaten by a demon!". An indirect fallacy would be "I know where you live, and your number. Did I mention that I have a license to carry firearms?"
