Your diatribe against AnonEMouse was completely unacceptable! Please refrain from offending other users in the future, and review the policy at WP:NPA. Repeated non-compliance will lead to a block. Thank you. - CrazyRussian talk/contribs/email 05:19, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Warning removal
Please stop removing legitimate warnings from your talk page; it is considered vandalism. Veinor (ヴエノル(talk)) 23:07, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- That was never a legitimate warning, but it's not worth my limited time or energy to bother detailing the full facts. Thanks for your amazingly quick interest in this. It's astounding. I would have thought that you had more pressing matters that needed your attention. I'm really starting to feel paranoid - like there are people within wikipedia who are just waiting to pounce on whatever I do.Bcsurvivor 23:11, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Ah. Well, I had your page on my watchlist, as I have it set to add any page I edit. So you edited it, it popped up, and I saw a massive blanking. I wanted to make sure that any legit warnings survived. Veinor (ヴエノル(talk)) 23:13, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- How pathetic for you.Bcsurvivor 23:15, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Please stop. If you continue to make personal attacks on other people, you will be blocked for disruption. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Thank you. Veinor (ヴエノル(talk)) 23:16, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- Also, I checked out the edit contribution, and the warning seems pretty legitimate to me: [1]. Veinor (ヴエノル(talk)) 23:16, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

- How am I wasting your time? Veinor (ヴエノル(talk)) 23:26, 14 December 2006 (UTC)
- I am dying of cancer, and it is extremely painful. I have already survived longer than my prognosis. I am trying to help other cancer patients before I die by letting them know who else has had cancer - whether they survived or didn't - so that they are encouraged by the endurance of other cancer patients. I also hope to give encouragement and consolation to the family members of cancer patients by allowing them to identify with others who have had relatives and friends affected by cancer - whether they survived or not. I have been shocked by the number of people who attack victims who have died and can no longer defend themselves - like the person who wrote that Carina Bleeth, Yasmine Bleeth's dead mother, was an 'unsuccessful' model. Why would someone do something like that, and who would do it? Also, there are people who keep insisting upon making accusations about a woman who died who happened to be an official for Sinn Fein. The allegations against her were obviously not credible to the British government, but this person wants to keep posting this false information about her, and she obviously can't defend herself because she's dead. Also, there are people who keep posting Yasmine Bleeth's mug shot on her website while at the same time they keep deleting any other pictures of her - even though there are thousands of good pictures of her and only one mug shot. I'm not going to be around forever to monitor this, so I certainly hope that others help find the good in people - rather than always looking for the bad - especially when they are suffering or have died. I would have thought that if someone found that a picture didn't meet with wikipedia's needs, they would say: 'Sorry, this picture won't work, but do you want me to help you find one that does?' Of course, that has never happened. I guess that I was naive to expect it to happen.Bcsurvivor 03:21, 23 December 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry to hear you are dying. I have breast cancer myself and the List of notable breast cancer patients according to occupation has been a great comfort to me and many others. I shall add it to my watchlist and help keep it good. Among all women (and men), including celebrities, the disease unites many who have little in common. Thanks and all the best. Samantha of Cardyke 12:26, 9 January 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you, Samantha. I truly appreciate that. All the best to you as well! Bcsurvivor 17:23, 12 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:CarolineHoldenScreenshot.jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:CarolineHoldenScreenshot.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Don't know if it fits on the survivors page but Carenza Lewis, British archaeologist, was incorrectly diagnosed with breast cancer and had a double mastectomy. [2] --jmb 21:08, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:UltimateDeceptionDVDfrontCover.jpg
Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:UltimateDeceptionDVDfrontCover.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. ShakespeareFan00 22:17, 22 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Image:UltimateDeceptionDVDbackCover.jpg
I have tagged Image:UltimateDeceptionDVDbackCover.jpg as {{no rationale}}, because it does not provide a fair use rationale. If you believe the image to be acceptable for fair use according to Wikipedia policy, please provide a rationale explaining as much, in accordance with the fair use rationale guideline, on the image description page. Please also consider using {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. Thank you. ShakespeareFan00 22:17, 22 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Replaceable fair use Image:Mariaconchitaalonso.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Mariaconchitaalonso.jpg. I notice the 'image' page specifies that the image is being used under fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first fair use criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed image could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this image is not replaceable, please:
- Go to the image description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original Replaceable fair use template.
- On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.
Alternatively, you can also choose to replace the fair use image by finding a freely licensed image of its subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or a similar) image under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.
If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our fair use criteria. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that fair use images which could be replaced by free-licensed alternatives will be deleted 7 days after this notification, per our Fair Use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Garion96 (talk) 19:24, 19 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Daytime's Greatest Weddings
A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Daytime's Greatest Weddings, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}}
notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached.
