{helpme}

I have created a new page (my first) for the Spanish pop singer Pedro Marin. I cannot figure out how to create a proper disambiguation on my page and the page for Pedro Antonio Marin (Manuel Marulanda).

I would also like to change the Redirect page for Pedro Marin so that it is a disambiguation page, leading one to a choice between Pedro Marins.

Thanks for your assistance.

I fixed it, you just needed to do some minor formatting changes at Pedro Marin :-).

I appreciate the help! --Bayonett 02:39, 23 May 2007 (UTC)

Hi, I'm trying to create a disambiguation page for the term Belle Epoque. I'm not doing something right though, because when I search on the term, I'm still getting a redirect to one concept, rather than a link to the disambiguation page. Can you help? And tell me what I did wrong?

Thanks --Bayonett 13:17, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

  • That should be it, there was a problem with one of the redirects. GDonato (talk) 21:43, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
  • Thanks GDonato! --Bayonett 15:08, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Tagging Sheila (singer) image for deletion

Hi, thanks for sharing your concerns. The problem with this album cover is that it is merely used to show what Sheila looks like. The problem is that since she is still living (and touring), it falls (in my opinion) under our unacceptable usage of non-free images, namely item 12. Since the group you are showing as an example is deceased, I think the fair use may apply (even if I'm not a fan of using album covers). If there were an article about this exact album, the cover could be used for identification only in the context of critical commentary of that item (and couldn't be used in Sheila's article). I hope that I convinced you by my explanations, if you don't agree, you can replace that tag with the disputed tag and an other editor will review both our arguments. I hope that helps! -- lucasbfr talk (using User:Lucasbfr2) 12:16, 25 September 2007 (UTC)
