I think Baylen is only notable for being a presenter on BBC London Radio. Is this notable enough for an article?

I'd like to think so, but I'm not sure.

[edit] England vs UK

Can someone point me to a style guide which says the official name for the country I live in is England. I changed England to UK and it got reverted. 82.15.46.131 11:14, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
