[edit] Speedy Deletion

I agree that it requires a good rewrite, but is speedy deletion necessary? How exactly is it "blatant advertising"? Marcus1234 19:18, 5 February 2007 (UTC)

Bay Street is one of the most popular shopping and entertainment complexes in the country, not to mention the largest on the island. This is no less notable than, say, Lakeside Shopping Centre or Mall of America.
The hotel is probably close to being advertising, but it was included in the article as it is part of the complex. That may go if anyone wishes. ~ ► Wykebjs ◄ (userpage | talk) 20:10, 5 February 2007 (UTC)
Furthermore, many events and news stories involving Bay Street appear in Maltese media:

[edit] Ideas and improvements

I've added in an events section, as well as some information about the building itself.

I'm thinking about cutting down the hotel section. Does anybody think it should stay as it is, or has anyone got any more ideas? ~ ► Wykebjs ◄ (userpage | talk) 18:17, 6 February 2007 (UTC)
