The Bayside Residence is a 24-floor residential tower in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[1] The 101-unit building,[2] being developed by Trident International Holdings[3] will feature an Oxygen bar, the first in the UAE,[3] called the 02 Lounge.[1] Construction of the Bayside Residence, which began in 2006, is expected to be completed in 2007.[2]
