Bayside High School is a secondary school located in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

The school's remarkable feature is the Health Sciences Academy; of several magnet programs in Virginia Beach. Students throughout the city interested in a health sciences education can apply. The school has a written agreement Eastern Virginia Medical School regarding preferential admissions for Academy graduates.[1]

Bayside is in the top 3 in Standards of Learning scores within the school district.[2] Bayside High has also achieved the highest End of Course SOL Algebra II and World History I pass rates among all schools in the district.[1]

Extracurricular activities include: Band, Black Culture, Chess, Chorus, Association, Gay/Straight Alliance, Gospel Choir, National Honor Society,Medical Honor Society, National Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (shared with Princess Anne high School), Newspaper, Orchestra, Peer Mentor/Mediation, SCA, Scholastic Bowl, Student Athletic Trainers, as well as clubs and a full range of athletic activities.
