The Bay Wren (Thryothorus nigricapillus) is a species of bird in the Troglodytidae family. It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Nicaragua, and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and heavily degraded former forest.
