The Bay-winged Cowbird (Agelaioides badius) is a species of bird in the Icteridae family. It is monotypic within the genus Agelaioides. It is found in Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, and Uruguay.
Its natural habitats are pastureland and heavily degraded former forest.
