[edit] Welcome!

Hello BatteryGuy, welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Our intro page contains a lot of helpful material for new users - please check it out! If you need help, visit Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on this page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions.

Thanks for your reply on Talk:Rechargeable battery! Do you have an idea how to incorporate this information in the table? As you say, tables like this can't be precise, but a difference of almost an order of magnitude is something I feel we shouldn't gloss over. — Sebastian 02:51, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for your reply on my talk page. You wrote "I'm not sure if this is the right place to reply". In fact, many people do that - when A writes something on B's talk page, B replies on A's. Personally, I prefer if conversations stay together, and I watch talk pages where I'm waiting for a reply for about a month, but that has disadvantages, too.
Anyway, I'm eager to see what you come up with! I wish you a nice weekend! — Sebastian 04:42, 1 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Vented NiCd article

Hello, BatteryGuy. I'm the Guy who wrote the Nickel-cadmium_battery_vented_cell_type article. You mentioned you had some material on non-aviation said types but needed help editing. Would be nice to have someone who knows his stuff correct my mistakes and add more contect. Looking forward to working wiht you. See -> User:Ransu --Miikka Raninen 08:13, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

Hi Miikka. I'm assuming that you're watching this page for a reply. I haven't done much on Wikipedia lately because I've been traveling just about every week, but I'll take another look at the Ni-Cd page and make some changes. If it looks like major surgery I'll post an outline on the talk page first. Talk with you soon — Jim 23:22, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
