[edit] Recent Edit
There was an edit performed by User:207.96.37.198 that provides an elaborate breakdown of the Episode Resurrection, Parts I and II, that really doen't deal a whole lot with the Pegasus. While the effort is greatly appreciated, the blow-by-blow is detailed at List of Battlestar Galactica (2004 television series) episodes. After I have posted this for a while, I intend to undo the revisions and insert what I can into the other article. Jtmichcock 20:25, 17 January 2006 (UTC)
You might also want to take care of the grammar in this article. It's a mess. 130.225.54.2 16:25, 12 February 2006 (UTC)
I think this article could do with a major cleanup. A lot of information has been added as the series has progressed and a rewrite would make it sound more cohesive.
There's far too much summary of individual episodes in here.--80.177.14.123 14:20, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
I think this page should be split between the two different series. They exist in separate universes.
- The dedicated Battlestar Wiki has seperate articles for each recurring item in both series. Doing so on Wikipedia would merely create too many specialised pages. The extended version of the episode Pegasus reveals some technical information on the Pegasus which is worth noting here, and the article is basically a blow-by-blow account of the first three episodes in which it features, which is redundant since we already have the episode guide. I'll have a tinker with the page and see if it can be improved.--Werthead 12:10, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Destruction
I've done a heavy edit of the Destruction section, as there was a lot of speculation. There were also a few incorrect or unsupported facts, such as the first Basestar being destroyed (4 on dradis before, 4 on dradis after). I've attempted to rewritre the section, based on what happens on screen, in that episode. -- saberwyn 00:47, 14 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Length
I recently purchased the Hasbro toy of Pegasus, and it says the length on the back is 4,640 feet. I threw my package for Galactica away but I do recall it being somewhere around 2,000... which would follow with Admiral Kane's statement of Pegasus being "twice the size, but with half the crew..." I have only found one site that lists anything about the lengths of such ships... I am trying to get the length from a Galactica package... anyone have one? or know of other sites that may list the lengths? Route 82 13:31, 4 September 2007 (UTC)
- It has been removed again - I think that we need something more reliable than a toy package, as there is no way of knowing if it is official data or just something the manufacturer made up. --Ckatzchatspy 02:11, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
- Galactica lenght is stated in the sci-fi website at some 1485 or so meters long (4450f) , Pegasus was stated to be some 1700m long , but now i cant find the exact source. I will try to find it.. should we use it when found? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 81.9.165.88 (talk) 13:07, 7 October 2007 (UTC)
