There is no such genre as "epic fantasy metal". Also, what is there to justify the "industrial" or "gothic metal" elements to it? This band is purely a hybrid of folk and power metal, end of story.

If Battlelore play powermet, then what Helloween and Stratovarius do play?

I can see no reasons except subjective "epic feeling" that can associate them with this style. Nether guitar performance (long, fast solos?), nor drum rythm (rapid staccato?), nor vocals (clean, high-pitched?). Only common point is lyrics, which does not make the genre.
