[edit] Merger
If this is merged with Games Workshop, i won't cry. —This unsigned comment was added by Ltclarke (talk • contribs) .

- Other GW games have their own pages, too. Wouter Lievens 09:43, 4 April 2006 (UTC)
- I don't think anyone is seriously suggesting that it is merged. The initial merger "suggestion" was made on 2005-07-30 by a user whose total contribution to Wikipedia was three edits, and the reply was by an anonymous IP whose total contribution was that one edit. [edit] Space Fleet
I've added a wiki link to the Space Fleet page which I'm writing. Oni no Akuma 17:20, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Inspiration
I'm removing the inspiration section, it is entirely opionion and original research. In my opinion ofr instance, the Tau bear little resemblance to a modern fleet, modern fleets don't have big hooks to keep the destroyers attached to the carriers. Nor do carriers have that kind of firepower. They remind me more of the Post-Midway IJN Fleet, aircraft coming out of all the battleships, like the Ise. Leaving out the Yamato and Musashi of course, they didn't fit terribly well anyways. Course I'm not gonna say that in the article, because its rubbish and my opinion. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.137.207.191 (talk) 06:04, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Exterminatus
Why is Exterminatus linked to this page? It obviously had it's own page, why was it removed / linked here? Sure, initiating the Exterminatus order needs the fleet to be there, but then it should refer to the Imperial troops, particularly the Imperial Navy section. Battlefleet Gothic is an another Games Workshop game, just set in the WH40K universe. Referring to the page directly seen here http://warhammer40k.wikia.com/wiki/Exterminatus - copied from Wikipedia in the past.
- Exterminatus can't meet the guidelines for Verifiability in fiction, which basically means 3rd party sources. The Imperial Navy can't either, which is why it was redirected to BFG as that page will remain, and is probably the most useful place for a redirect. All those articles are going to be Transwikied and redirected as per the discussion here. A list of transwikied articles can befound here, and our page where we're figuring out what goes where is here. The pages are being transwikied to The Warhammer 40,000 Wikia, which you have linked to. --Falcorian (talk) 20:21, 21 January 2008 (UTC)
