[edit] numbers are a joke

the numbers listed here are a joke. under such conditions the Manchu can weaponless trample the enemy down. Wandalstouring 20:55, 13 August 2006 (UTC)

Wonder how successful it is to weaponlessly seiging a well fortified keep where soldiers are armed with muskets and cannons. No matter how many men you have, you will still fail unless your enemy make some very very stupid mistake.Hospitallier 24 September 2006.

Manchurians are known for their calvaries and most of the time relies on the courage of thier tribesman. They are no make for seige warfare and many of thier seiges are diseaterous. Overproud by their previous success in Manchuria against the Ming-Korean coalition which are armed with muskets; it is not surprising they make such mistake into underestimating their opponent. In addition, the fact even the Manchurian Emperor, Nurhaci was mortally wounded can really make us imagine what are these manchus are really doing. In addition, Yuan's later successes using cannons against the Manchus prove to be as successful as this battle. Hospitallier 24 September 2006.
