[edit] Lemma "Battle of Höchst"
I suggest to move the article's lemma to "Battle near Höchst" because that's the correct German name for this historic event: "Schlacht bei Höchst". In fact the so called battle was more a skirmish and it was not around Höchst nor to conquer Höchst. It happens about 3 kilometers north-eastern of Höchst at a village named Sossenheim (today also a district of Frankfurt). The burning houses of Sossenheim can been seen in the background of Merian's engraving. It is said that the Brunswick army lost more soldiers due to drowning while fleeing over the Main than in the battle itself. The battle is named after Höchst simply because it was the nearest bigger location that people knew then. --EvaK 12:12, 4 August 2006 (UTC)
